PROJECT NAME: Crescent Head Country Club - Working towards a Sustainable Future

Our application to Round 2 of the NSW Government's Climate Change Fund Public Facilities Program (Community Savers Stream) was successful.

Over 400 applications were received in the Community Savers Stream and each application was assessed against the selection criteria. Offers over 5.9 million have been made to support 247 different energy and water savings projects.

Crescent Head Country Club has installed energy efficient lighting and a new hot water system to save power  and greenhouse gas emissions. The club has also installed a rainwater tank for use in the restrooms. The club is expected to save 504,000 litres of water and 26 tonnes of carbon pollution a year.
